1 adjective. A person who lies or makes up some stories. It all started when watching the movie Flubber. I asked my friend what's the meaning of "Flubber" he said something like flamboyant.
Boy 1: 'tol balita ko na-date mo daw yung seksi nating teacher a.
Boy 2: Oo, nag-dinner kami tapos nood sine.
Boy 1: Huuu! Flubber ka naman e, may asawa na si ma'am.
Boy 2: O ano ngayon? astig ang bird ko e.
