1 adjective. -refers to a meal or food that can be bought at a very cheap/low price, sometimes for free. Like for example, food kiosks (carinderias) in the Philippines offer free soup on the menu, then a customer will order one plate of rice then ask for the free soup. Very cheap yet somewhat filling.
“Ate! Magkano Bicol Express nyo? 35? May kasama nang kanin un? Eh extra rice magkano? 10? May sabaw kayo? Sige isang extra rice tapos pahingi ng sabaw. Pahiram din ng toyo.”
