1 adjective. a cebuano misprnounciation of the english word, "fighter" which annotates something positive. This term is widely used accross cebu and is also heard being spoken in the United States, most especially in the Detroit Metropolitan Area of Michigan.
Examples:
That girl is payter (w/c means the girl is beautiful, charming, or has a positive impression).
no tagalog equivalency. tagalog slang is boring.
