1 pronoun. Short for Mestizo (half Filipino half Non-Filipino) (Derived from the word English word Mustang-Half breed). Tisoy a common slang slang used by Filipinos as an insult to Half Filipinos and Half Foriegn, particularly half white or black. Also was used to people who are half Filipino half Chinese (see Tsinoy). Also see Amerasians (Haaf American, Half Asian)Most commonly used during The Korean conflict and the Vietnam War.
